Added October 2026 Letter from the Board
The 2027 Budget meeting will be held on 10/27 at 7pm at Hilton Lake Fire Station
The Halloween Parade is scheduled for October 31st at 3pm. This year’s parade is going in the opposite direction from past years and will start at 122nd Pl & 42nd Drive.
One of our controllable expenses is copying and postage. We are required to send official notices via mail unless you approve of receiving them via email. If you are interested in switching to email, please email Tom at Port Gardner Management and state you want all notices to come via email. You can always revert to receiving them by mail by emailing Tom at tgish@portgardnermgmt.com.

Community-Wide Garage Sale
Garage sales are held in the spring and fall. As it gets closer to the garage sale month, check the website/newsletter for exact date. We encourage residents to publicize any specific items you would like sold on Craigslist or other sources. The HOA will publicize in the Herald and a general ad on Craigslist.
The 2026 Spring Garage Sale will be Saturday, April 25th.
The 2026 Fall Garage sale will be Saturday, September 19th.

If the Hilton Lake Fire Station Community Room is still closed an email blast will be sent out with a Zoom Meeting login. Every meeting has a Homeowners Forum and all owners are encouraged to attend. Owners are welcome to stay and observe the Board Meetings. Upcoming Meetings
Last Tuesday of each Month at 7pm
PTHOA will be holding monthly Board Meetings on the last Tuesday of each Month at 7pm. All meetings will be held via zoom except for the March Elections and the November Budget meetings. The schedule will be sent with your 2026 statement.
