---Previous recent updates below---

We have scheduled repair to the walking paths throughout the trail system. The repairs are made necessary to eliminate potential trip hazards and repair areas that are failing and in need of repair. The Board has selected Nys Enterprises for this project and they will be removing areas of damaged asphalt and repaving areas along our trail system this week. This project is a reserve project and will be paid from the Association reserves and comes in at our Board approved budgeted amount of $25,000.00.

The work is anticipated to start on Wednesday, July 30th and be completed on Thursday, July 31st and for obvious safety reasons, it is recommended that you stay off the trail system until the project has been completed.
