Community-Wide Garage Sale
Garage sales are held in the spring and fall. As it gets closer to the garage sale month, check the website/newsletter for exact date. We encourage residents to publicize any specific items you would like sold on Craigslist or other sources. The HOA will publicize in the Herald and a general ad on Craigslist.
The 2025 Spring Garage Sale will be Saturday, April 26th.
The 2025 Fall Garage sale will be Saturday, September 20th.
Upcoming Meetings
Tuesday January 27th 7:00 PM
PTHOA will be holding monthly Board Meetings on the last Tuesday of each Month at 7pm. All meetings will be held via zoom except for the March Elections and the November Budget meetings. The schedule will be sent with your 2026 statement.
