All roofing projects must be pre-approved by the Architectural Control Committee, the following materials and colors have been approved by the Board of Directors. Please note all homeowners should still submit an ACC Form for review and approval before beginning any work.

PRESIDENTIAL TL ULTIMATE  (formerly Presidential TL)

Please note:  Presidential TL Ultimate is a 3-layer roof.  The standard Presidential (non TL) is a 2-layer roof and is NOT approved for use in Pioneer Trails.
